Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. My wait was reasonable. It took about 15 minutes to be called back, but that was because my paperwork was packed with information as I have a complicated and long health history so it took her a while to type it all in. When looking through my papers looking for any missed info, she noticed all the writing I did and told me then that it might take a few minutes to enter all the information. I never stressed and appreciated the heads-up notice. Several customers came in and out and all seemed very happy and they were all treated with care. The young lady at the front desk happened to also be a tech and she was VERY patient with me. The Floridian Dr. Jost and his assistant were awesome! I wanted to talk with them for hours, but they are good at getting a patient to focus — which for some of us is difficult. Like the tech, they were patient with me during the testing as I shake a little and have bad hearing. They were very friendly, yet professional. I was a little surprised at the cost of my glasses, but without insurance, what can I expect. I wasn’t able to afford them and a tattooed man introduced me to payment options. I appreciated that. He then fixed my current glasses perfectly! Nice bonus, thank you. The place is very clean and I went in unshaven with a knit hat on, and I forgot my partial so my teeth were very ugly! I forgot about the appoint and went in looking very rough. Not one employee gave me a detestable look, yet I deserved it. Thank you for treating me kindly and professionally even though I showed up looking like a bum.
